  • Coordinates all corporate support requirements
  • Review daily operational reports
  • Monitor and control overseas projects and report on periodic performance
  • Coordinate mobilization of new projects and uplifts
  • Primary liaison between overseas program management teams and HQ
  • Perform and assist with QA/QC external audits
  • Conduct risk analysis in real-time and advise leadership on significant changes
  • Advise senior leadership on strategic global incidents and their impact to projects and plans
  • Stakeholder engagement with clients and vendors

Supply Chain:
  • Review/approve purchase requests
  • Assist in the planning of international shipments
  • Lead the weekly logs coordination call with Iraq/Afghan CMTs
  • Assist in the reconciliation of property and fixed assets

Business Development:
  • Participate in pricing exercises
  • Provide preliminary approvals of pricing before review by Directors/Executives
  • Review technical proposals

  • Maintain the commercial contracts register -- monthly update
  • Review subcontracts prior to execution
  • Review and approve monthly invoices from subcontractors
  • Assist contracts management and legal with contract adjustments/amendments/extensions

  • Assist in analysis for the Monthly Finance Review
  • Compile analysis for and lead the Monthly Project Performance Review with the overseas program management teams
  • Assist Project Control with budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and lead financial improvement plans

  • Work closely with overseas management personnel
  • Position requires approximately 25% travel to austere and hazardous locations
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Eight years of experience managing progressively increasing responsibilities in a related field preferred
  • Previous program/project management experience required
  • Previous experience managing geographically separated large-scale operations a plus
  • Must possess excellent relationship management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Must have and demonstrate a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Must be willing to travel to austere and hazardous (OCONUS) locations
  • Must possess a valid Tourist Passport

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Must also be willing to travel to austere and hazardous (OCONUS) locations (25%).


May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
