As a member of the Digital Support Team, this position will deliver best in class service to Wintrust Financial customers via telephone and electronic channels (limited face to face customer interaction). The Digital Support Center will be an escalation point for bankers and customers alike. This is a technology heavy position. Advocate must be passionate about customers and evolving technology!

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide digital support to customers and bankers.
  • Troubleshoot issues with operating systems, plugins, firewall access for customers, and resolve any issues that arise with their accounts or access.
  • Extensive computer and telephone work.
  • Handle customer escalation issues and inbound calls from all bank locations as necessary.
  • Become an expert in mobile/online banking and other digital products.
  • Escalations and back room support as necessary.
  • Interact with product management and other departments to solve banker and customer problems in a prompt, efficient, and timely matter.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of customer contact center experience preferred.
  • 3 years of Retail Banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced technical skills strongly preferred.
  • Possess excellent telephone, computer and written and oral communication skills
  • Must be very organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
  • Experience with troubleshooting digital issues is preferred.
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
  • Must be detail oriented and service oriented.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
