Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of IT Front office and Workplace Applications, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the strategic POV, initiation, and implementation of the marketing digital solutions that will be applied to our B2B and customer B2C verticals. This position will be responsible for driving our digital customer experience strategy and execution, leading our content and search management (Sitecore/Coveo) solution, and providing thought leadership on driving our customer engagement, lead generation, and brand/product offering awareness.

About the job:

  • Responsible for leading, supporting and accelerating the pace of digital marketing innovation at Littelfuse.
  • Collaborate, lead, and serve as the digital marketing partner and liaison to all Littelfuse stakeholders to drive synergistic goals across core and new capabilities to create differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Manage a corporate Littelfuse global team that is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing programs across 4 business units.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to effectively utilize Littelfuse content management system (Sitecore), search engine platform (Coveo), and lead and campaign management systems (Hubspot).
  • Digitize, transform and improve brand website adding new or enriched product-specific content, advanced search capabilities, local languages, and other functionalities.
  • Provide digital marketing teams subject matter expertise on digital strategy, analytics, lead generation, and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Translate complex business challenges, positioning and messaging into a clear and simple digital strategy and customer UI/UX experience.
  • Manage, measure, and analyze marketing campaigns (email, social media, print, digital advertising, etc.) and report on campaign effectiveness versus business goals.
  • Collect, measure and analyze Voice of the Customer (VOC) information and implement strategies or corrective actions to improve the digital customer experience as necessary.
  • Ensure system requirements and process compliance with data privacy and protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Lead marketing efforts to increase the velocity of leads, lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and digital trends and insights for adoption where appropriate.
  • Manage, organize and present digital analytics data and dashboards, establish key metrics and KPIs to help drive intelligent decision-making.
  • Create and manage business cases, secure the necessary funding, source and allocate the appropriate resources and manage vendor relationships.
  • Prioritize and plan global projects across multiple stakeholders and business units, ensuring high quality projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Other responsibilities as directed.

About you:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT or Business Administration or equivalent
  • 7+ years in marketing and technology space
  • Significant, demonstrated technical experience and expertise in automation platforms. Sitecore and Coveo platforms preferred
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing capabilities of Content Management Systems Sitecore experience a plus and best practices for customization and migration to the cloud
  • Technical Experience with marketing automation platforms (such as Eloqua, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Understanding of the full MarTech stack & AdTech concepts
  • Proficient in two or more of the following areas: developing marketing, personalization, sales enablement, and transformational strategies for customer experience landscapes spanning web, app, portal, ecommerce, lead generation touchpoints, and social experiences and technology.
  • Expert-level knowledge of modern technologies and software development practices and patterns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical considerations, trade-offs and recommendations to both technical and non-technical client representatives
  • Strong business, marketing and technology acumen, specifically in data analytics
  • Comfortable with foundational cloud and data technologies, such as: HTML/CSS, APIs, service topologies across private and public cloud, and service-oriented architecture and data integrations
  • Ability to travel >10%
