Digital Marketing Specialist

You will work directly alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to architect and implement digital marketing strategies via social and digital channels marketed within our North American operations.

The right candidate has strong social media and content marketing skills to support our B2B digital marketing efforts targeted to our existing customer personas. The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist with:

  • Copywriting,
  • updating web content,
  • managing social media platforms and
  • contributes to strategy, adding photos and descriptions to website,
  • provide performance reporting,
  • assist with email marketing,
  • email nurturing,
  • search marketing,
  • and some graphic design.
To be successful in this role, this candidate will need to have experience in B2B marketing. Our team thinks \"customer-first\" when you build digital experiences, journeys, and within any type of communication.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship to be considered.Social Media:

  • Partners with the Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to the definition of social content strategy that meets and exceeds overarching business objectives, meets global trends, follows best practices, and develops a framework to scale.
  • Identifies opportunities to maximize functionality amongst social and digital platforms.
  • Collaborates on content creation, best-practices, and how-tos.
  • Communicates best practices both 1:1 and via group trainings, when required.
  • Serves as a key stakeholder in digital marketing reporting and analytics to optimize strategy, tactics, and document completed campaigns.
Email Marketing:
  • Collaborates on automated workflows using Marketo.
Experience
  • Bachelors or better in Marketing, Communications a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms and optimization strategies: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok
