The key purpose of this role is to deliver USIS new business sales reporting and commissions calculation. The role supports USIS Finance to deliver sales-related reporting requirements and calculation of new business sales plan. The role requires a candidate with advanced analytical capability.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and provide operational reports, scorecards and dashboards based on CRM and GL data.
  • Manage the Revenue from new business and baseline revenue tracking
  • Provide analysis for input to monthly Senior Leadership review of Sales Performance.

Sales incentive plan & target setting process

  • Assist the sales teams to understand the sales incentive plan and provide input to the business rules.
  • Manage the analysis of individual sales achievement to targets with key stakeholders and monitor/review achievement to target on a daily and monthly basis
  • Calculate the payment monthly/quarterly for Revenue from New Business and Baseline Revenue
  • Provide Commissions analysis for finance and Senior Leadership approval each month.
  • Provide ongoing improvements to enable an efficient process to calculate and approve the sales incentives.


  • At least 4-5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to provide accurate, detailed analysis and results within tight timeframes
  • Ability to interact across all sales /product SME teams
  • Ability to interact with Leadership teams
  • Experience in calculating and dealing with sales commissions
  • Prior Salesforce.com and Hyperion/OBIE experience would be beneficial
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate and report on a variety of sales related data
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to business requests or inquiries, seeking guidance as appropriate
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • This position calls for demonstrated experience in a calculating commissions as well as sales/financial reporting ideally gained in a dynamic sales environment
  • Working knowledge of financial forecasting, accounting and information systems will also be beneficial
