Provide general warehouse services to support all inbound logistics functions. Areas of support include but may not be limited to new and returned receipts, inspection, loaner kit replenishment, and decontamination. Returns Coordinators are required to exhibit intermediate experience and proven abilities in all listed duties, specifications, skills, and attribute. Satisfies our customers needs through prompt response, friendly service, and support that often exceeds expectations. Acts as the liaison between field sales agents & distributors and internal personnel & departments by managing all sales order activity, inventory replenishments, product inquiries, and investigating order shipments, tracking, or issues ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for surgery. Develops and enhances product knowledge through training, webinars, learning modules, interaction and partnership with sales, marketing, sales training, med ed. Performs varied and diverse office clerical duties. Requires knowledge of office systems and office procedures. Duties may include a combination of answering telephones, typing, office machine operation, document scanning and filing.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities



1.Process all loaner sets through Implant Base and SAP 2.Decontaminate loaner kits upon return from customers as directed by proper work instructions. 3.Perform required duties as directed by the needs of the business. 4.Must maintain a clean and safe work environment. 5.Responsible for placing and monitoring orders submitted by fax or email. 6.Responds to high-level sales support requests such as product availability, par levels, order completion, tracking shipments, order history, or any other customer concern 7.Manage and communicate instrument recovery program as defined. 8.Effectively communicates live inventory logistic status to field partners 9.As needed, will work with distribution department to assist with moving product through the warehouse to ensure timely shipments. 10.Monitors and supports orders placed in the field, communicates with distributor office managers or reps as needed to ensure order accuracy and availability. 11.Manages internal controls such as product access, restrictions, back orders, par levels, etc. 12.Use Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Resource Planning software programs to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory. May also require coordination with shipping companies. 13.Schedules pick-ups and contacts 3rd party carriers to deliver product on time, as needed. 14.Collaborate with departments across functions: supply chain, warehouse, and operations to fulfill orders.



Expected Areas of Competence



Physically able to lift 25lbs Medical device kit inspection, decontamination, and processing experience are preferred Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills; ability to make informed decisions; and ability to work well with others Previous experience working with a WMS is required; experience working with SAP is preferred Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills Be able to complete clearly and accurately all required process documentation Willingness to work overtime and holidays on short notice as required and cover a rotating on-call schedule Perform other duties, as assigned



Education/Experience Requirements



High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of recent work experience in distribution/warehouse or manufacturing setting Communicate clearly in verbal and written form in English Computer skills and experience with a WMS are required Ability to work with and coordinate with other departments/personnel in a collaborative and solutions-oriented manner
