District Regional Facilities Manager
Primary Location: Salt Lake City, Seattle or Phoenix

The Regional Facilities Manager oversees Seattle, Salt Lake City and Phoenix facilities operations, exhibiting customer centric focus, strategic leadership and collaboration in each location and across the District. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the facilities management functions of the Salt Lake City, Seattle and Phoenix locations, including but not limited to, general construction, alterations, project management, operations, maintenance and loss prevention management function including, Safety/OSHA Compliance and Fire Prevention/Protection
  • Understanding and ensuring that all local, federal regulations, permitting and other external entity recommendations applicable to the Bank are carried out appropriately
  • Practicing and applying strong people management principles across all locations to first understand the unique development needs of the supervisors and engineers at each location. Ensure a solid people management program that reflects the bank mission and goals is active and in place
  • Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function and succession planning
  • Acting as Group Officer backup when needed, performing RMT duties, providing District wide leadership, thinking at Group level
  • Acting as subject matter expert in one or more associated building systems/functions

As a key member of the District Facilities management team, you will play a critical role in implementing the Group's strategic plan, supporting the overall mission and vision of the Group and providing influential thought leadership to the Bank community.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
  • Ensure each location's building environments are safe and that the physical assets are maintained
  • Provide oversight of space planning activities to deliver efficient, forward- looking design solutions, space planning support, and project management services for each location
  • Cultivate and develop relationships with the engineering staff, providing oversight of business practices to ensure comfortable, safe and reliable building environments
  • Provide oversight for the custodial contracts ensuring buildings and the grounds are cleaned and maintained in a manner that creates an inviting and comfortable working environment
  • Manage all elements of tenant relations including acquiring brokerage services, lease negotiations, build-out, tenant improvements and tenant management if needed.
  • Ensure expense budgets and long-term capital plans meet the strategic needs of each office, to include budget development, reporting, monitoring and other financial aspects for Facilities in each location.
  • Understand and be able to develop scopes of work, RFPs, and contract management.
  • Ensure that staff is trained in, and are using, state-of-the-art project management practices.
  • At least seven years of facilities management with at least five years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge and use of architectural and construction vocabulary
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on building high performance relationships and processes to drive projects forward
  • Leadership skills, strong interpersonal, teambuilding and collaboration skills
  • Excellent writing, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of organization, including senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills to lead competing priorities in multiple locations
  • Proven ability to coach, lead and develop others to achieve their professional best
  • Ability to maintain high levels of personal and professional integrity at all times
  • Shown ability to initiate action, adapt to change, make difficult decisions and accept significant assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and when necessary, adapt new strategies to achieve key objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Work Order Systems, and AutoCad.
