A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
Responsible for processing Employee Equity Plans transactions based upon client requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

Primary Accountabilities
Process participant/client transactions in support of stock options exercises & restricted stock vesting's including but not limited to:
Daily Proof Settlement Processing, Disbursement Processing

  • Incoming Cash monitoring
  • Review/Release Automated EOS Client Wires
  • Monitor all market (real time) EOS transactions
  • Process Batch Trades for SOP clients
  • Daily Share Settlement Processing
Review/clear exception items related to rejected transactions, out-of-proof conditions, aged cash/share items and client inquiries including but not limited to:
Monitor Auto Issuance Rejects
  • Facilitate and Monitor Share Movements
  • Balance RSA Nominee Accounts
  • Tie out daily Trade Activity (EOS vs Broker/Dealer End-of-day)
  • Monitor Daily ACH Reject Disbursements
  • End of Day Reconciliation of all Incoming Cash vs Cash applied from EOS system
  • Monitor Trading Accounts
  • Research and Resolve Aged Items, Partner with Reconciliation Team
  • Work with client management team as needed to determine disposition of any unidentified transactions
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Computer Skills
  • Essential computer skills include regular use of a computer, including the ability to type, utilize a mouse, and read information from a computer screen or monitor. Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in banking preferred.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Takes initiative, adaptable, problem solver, outside the box thinker, ability to apply different concepts.
Language Ability
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Mathematical Ability
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
