Our Washington, DC office is accepting applications from third-year law students  (JD 2020) to join the Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory team in fall 2020. Qualified applicants will have a record of outstanding academic achievement, superior writing and analytical skills, relevant work experience, participation in law review, journals, clinical legal work, and/or extracurricular activities, and a demonstrated interest in life sciences and healthcare work.

The Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice focuses on providing comprehensive and cutting-edge assistance to our clients in all areas of life sciences product and healthcare provider/supplier regulation. Our clients include a full range of life sciences companies from global enterprises to early-stage start-up developers and manufacturers of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device products, including digital health, diagnostic products, and clinical laboratory tests as well as a healthcare providers and suppliers of health care services, and several of the leading trade and professional organizations and societies, and

We cross-train all of our lawyers in order to support virtually every aspect of our clients' regulated business activities, including: fraud and abuse, government price reporting, contracting, coverage and reimbursement, domestic and global compliance programs, government investigations, transactional diligence and post-transaction integration, promotion and advertising, and public policy advocacy. 

Our clients include many of the top 15 global pharma companies, medical device and start-up companies, global healthcare providers, and many private equity companies in the healthcare space.

Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington, DC.
