**Job Description:**



Supervises trade booking and trade validation. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of a wide variety of complex products that may require special handling or exception reporting. Supports ongoing trade maintenance and reporting and supports the implementation of improvements to the system infrastructure and control environment. Introduces new initiatives, products and services, and procedural, systems or hardware solutions to improve efficiency. Provides analyses. Requires product experience and knowledge of financial instruments accounting relevant to the area supported. Provides general team guidance. May provide input to recruiting and hiring & performance mgt processes. BA preferred or substantially equivalent experience. Typically 5-7 years of applicable experience. To be used for employees in Global Markets only.



Implement a support model that coordinates the activities across functions (Trading / Sales / Operations) to operate as end-to-end oversight and ensure seamless execution of processes from trade date through termination Date. This role will build and own transactional level reporting for proactive ownership & monitoring.

- Identify complex & sensitive transactions in scope for enhanced support

- Coordinate pre-trade operational readiness

- Own lifecycle event processing

- Manage trade booking reconciliation

- Create a touch point with legal /documentation

- Coordinate collateral movement approval

- Confirm regulatory reporting

- Partner with CSRs on queries where applicable.



Job Description:



+ Understands and performs the operational activities of the Derivatives Trade Support Function.

+ Works within a team responsible for providing all aspects of support to the derivatives sales and trading business.

+ Candidate will manage the trade validation and trade amendment booking while being responsible for the analysis and resolution of a wide variety of issues related to products that may require special handling or exception reporting.

+ Candidate will build productive working relationships and correspond daily with various groups within the broader organization including; Trading, global operational groups, Primer Broker, Technology, Documentation, Sales and Settlements Candidate will be capable of developing and analyzing procedures and monitoring a daily control checklist and heat map to ensure sufficient desk coverage. This person will be capable of the introduction of new initiatives, procedures and solutions to improve efficiency.

+ Responsibilities:

+ Corporate action processing, Lifecycle management, Allocation adjustments, Trade correction processing, Instrument amendments, Trade break reconciliation, Break research and resolution, Assisting with PnL and local currency funding requirements, Handling trading, sales and client queries



Requirements:



+ Detailed knowledge equity swaps, equity derivatives and their corresponding lifecycle management functions

+ Knowledge of Excel

+ Ability to work well in a team environment

+ Ability to work in a high pressured environment / multi-tasking

+ Attention to Detail

+ Excellent communication skills
