**Job Description:**



Accountable for administering probate estates and deceased grantor trusts requiring technical experience and knowledge in estate and trust administration. Responsible for coordinating information with beneficiaries, external partners (Attorneys and CPAs), and internal support partners (Tax, Compliance, Real Estate, Private Business Group, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient administration, and to manage risk. Participates in sales calls as needed, offering Estate Settlement expertise. Responsible for promoting estate settlement services internally and externally. BS/BA preferred. Advanced degree and certifications preferred. Non-licensed associate.



**Qualifications** **/Key Skills Requirements**



+ BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred

+ Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred

+ Minimum of 2-3 years personal trust/estate settlement/investment related experience

+ Ability to proactively identify potential issues in administration and initiate communication with internal and external partners as needed

+ Demonstrates initiative in reaching out to clients during key points of administration to communicate and address client questions and concerns

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimum supervision while demonstrating teamwork and delivering client satisfaction

+ Proficient in Word and Excel

+ Knowledge of probate administration (multi-state), fiduciary income tax, and estate taxes preferred

+ Working knowledge of Bank of America's proprietary PACE system a plus
