\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EJob Title: Enterprise eTime Project Manager\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDrive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent ongoing Time \u0026 Attendance / Time Management projects and implementations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for the development of key project deliverables (e.g., project schedule, status reports, issue logs, stakeholder alignment, budget forecasts/updates etc.).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist the Client and Management with preventing and resolving issues that may impede project success.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide team members with direction and vision of the engagement and related business goals, including motivating people to perform, listening to people, providing feedback, recognizing strengths and overcoming challenges.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDrive the process of gathering or confirming requirements, define project scope and develop engagement timeliness / resources as needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure a consistent high-level of quality deliverables throughout all projects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure projects are managed against the requirements of scope of work and manage applicable change control process.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide guidance and mentoring to team members as needed\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPromote teamwork and active collaboration amongst project team members\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead team members in professional conduct\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECultivate referenceable and loyal clients\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist in identifying opportunities to deliver additional products and services\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist in identifying and maintaining relationships with reference contacts\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with members of all levels of the organization, Client and Partner community.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct and publish lessons-learnt reviews upon project completion\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EISSUE, RISK \u0026 CHANGE MANAGEMENT\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage project\u0027s scope, estimate of hours and asses impacts to requested changes\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServes as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolution\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeads inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoordinates the transition of new clients from Sales to Implementation and, after a successful go-live, on to Client Services\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure definition and compliance to issue management\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor issues on a weekly basis\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor escalation of problems\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure risk management via mitigation strategies\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure proper tracking of Change Requests with appropriate sign-offs\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffectively communicates relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitates communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsuring project documentation is stored in accordance with ADP Quality Audit requirements utilizing Collaboration tool and ensuring project team is adhering to these requirements\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETracks team hours and approves accordingly through use of online tools to ensure utilization is appropriate to project needs\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipates in performance management and professional development activities by providing immediate feedback to team members regarding their performance and supplying input to Implementation Management on the professional development of team members\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure a qualitative management of client relationship\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide recommendation to the client to reduce gaps and ensure standard product use\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage client\u0027s expectations during project\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDeliver proposals on client\u0027s procedures in order to optimize proposed solution\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure high level of client satisfaction\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other related duties as assigned.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA minimum of 5-7 years\u0027 experience in managing complex IT projects including; defining project scope and budget, creating project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, and status reporting and project analytics\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience with at least one HCM enterprise solution;
