We're looking for a bold, kind, connector to partner with NI's Chief Marketing Officer. Our charter is to disrupt the test and measurement industry and deliver profitable growth - transforming NI. As an essential member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the Executive Administrative Assistant will work closely with the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We might have a little fun, too! This is an exciting role that partners and supports the Marketing Leaders that drive NI's Corporate Impact/Branding/Demand and more. This trusted partner maintains focus on executive and team priorities, ensures expectations are clear, takes a leadership role with staff meeting agendas, drives action item follow-up, and assists in internal events and organizational communications. Ideal candidate is creative, is interested in being a social media ambassador, and team leader.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years Executive Support experience

  • Professional Maturity: strong emotional intelligence, able to take the good with the bad. Ability to make decisions in the best interest of the organization.

  • Proficient in specific tools i.e. Microsoft Office, Skype, One Note, Oracle, SharePoint, & Concur

  • High tolerance for ambiguity

  • Experience in a global and high technology company

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and achieve consensus

  • Ability to lead administrative organizations to achieve operational performance and strategic initiatives

  • Ability to have a flexible schedule

  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determines course of action; develops appropriate solutions

  • Planning and Organizing: Ability to develop ideas into plans of action and to coordinate the actions through implementation
