**Job Description:**



The Owned Marketing Channels and Operations (MCO) team is looking for an executive assistant to support the team lead. The MCO team brings together seven legacy organizations focused on direct to client and sales support across 8 lines of business.



This position will work for the head of the group and partner across the MCO leadership team as well as leadership across the organization.



Key responsibilities:

Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including correspondence in various forms, development and editing of presentation materials, scheduling and coordination of communication forums, and general team administration.

Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.

Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable confidentiality, sensitivity, diplomacy and judgment.

Cultivates relationships with executives and other assistants, and collaborates to get things done.

May act as liaison to outside groups coordinating events where the executive role is oversight, corporate chair, director or committee member.

Calendar management; domestic travel

Travel and expense processing

May provide back-up and/or secondary support to other senior level executives on periodic basis.

Advanced administrative skills. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs.



Required skills and experience:

10+ years administrative support experience at executive level

Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills

Calm, effective style -- able to solve problems and diffuse issues; contributes to an enjoyable and professional work environment

Pro-active attitude with ability to stay focused and maximize time efficiently

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively under pressure, time constraints, and shifting priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Concur or similar experience processing travel and expenses

Exemplary demonstrated work ethic with a desire to learn the business

Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities

Demonstrated ability in either current or prior positions to interact with senior level executives

Ability to work independently, multitask, manage time wisely; handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity.

Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
