We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with a winning attitude; demonstrating initiative and encouraging collaboration. You will assist the Chief Digital Information and serve as a liaison with a wide range of internal and external parties.

We'll look to you to demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills, an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with minimal supervision, showing outstanding judgment, tact and communication skills in leading internal and external relationships, accommodating different work styles and shifting workloads. What will you do?

  • Provide a wide range of routine and complex administrative and executive support services and coordinate/lead special projects
  • Coordinate and manage complex schedules, calendars (with keen awareness of time zones when scheduling), logistics and support materials for a range of daily operational activities and business meetings.

Organize and maintain E-mail InBox

  • Organize complex travel arrangements and itineraries for offsite, out-of-state, or international meetings.
  • Manage incoming phone and email inquiries, draft and initiate correspondence, coordinate the production, assembly, and distribution of presentation materials for both internal and external requests.
  • Maintain quality control of documents via editing; taking minutes of meetings.
  • Work closely with HR & Recruiting to track open positions and ensure hiring commitments are fulfilled.
  • Prepare and track expense reports; purchase orders; and reconcile budgets.
  • Maintain various databases (contacts, business plans, legal documents) as appropriate for the assigned team(s).
  • Prepare business research and analysis as directed.
  • Promote a positive work environment and effective interdepartmental communications; coordinate closely with other departments on executive meetings and projects.
  • Assist with the planning of special events (as directed).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Hold B.A. / B.S. degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior management at an international public company.
  • Previous experience with executive assistance or administrative management in the technology industry/on a sales team or on a legal team preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Positive disposition and team orientation. Good judgment, tact and communication skills in managing internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit creativity and flexibility for responding to shifting workload requirements. Ability to research and resolve non-routine, complex problems relative to office. Ability to research and resolve non-routine, complex problems relative to office administration, management, and operations.
  • Exhibit proactive commitment to follow through on assignments, take initiative, and make independent decisions when necessary. Ability to assertively articulate pertinent issues and provide effective suggestions or solutions.
  • Possess effective conflict resolution, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Professional presence and friendly demeanor to represent F5 Networks effectively and credibly.

Physical demands and work environment:

  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
  • Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 10% of the time spent traveling.
  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material
