A10 Networks (NYSE: ATEN), a leading provider of intelligent and automated cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a Field and Channel Marketing Manager Consultant to support the partner initiatives for North America. This will be a 2-3 month contract with the possibility of converting from contract to full-time/regular employment.

In this Field and Channel Marketing Manager role you'll be responsible for driving forward the relationship with key channel partners by creating marketing programs to educate, influence and support activities to, through and with the A10 partner community across the North American geography.

We are seeking an innovative, driven and experienced Field and Channel Marketeer with the capacity to take our A10 field and channel marketing activities built around security, 5G and multi-cloud automation to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with North America Field, Channel & Sales teams to establish a plan through segmentation and proposition building to effectively target the right partners in the right way to achieve maximum results
  • Work with global campaigns & creative team to develop and implement fresh content relevant to support the indirect sales process and prospects' buying process.
  • Drive roll-out and implementation of product introductions and both on- & offline & combined GTM campaigns to ensure content and programs are aligned and available to support launch, manage sales/channel training, partner communication, planning PR and social media activities through channel press, newsletters, partner portal, toolkits etc.
  • Help facilitate product and sales training to partner's field Sales/SE teams
  • Work with the global marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
  • Work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets specifications
  • Expense Tracking: Manage PO requests and track expenses against budget
  • Manage broad mix of A10s vendor & partner relations (ordering, vendor relationships, shipping, and invoicing)
  • Assist with planning and coordination of both Direct & Channel field events, webinars and activities as needed
  • Maintain & update quarterly Channel Marketing calendar
  • Support the North America Channel sales team with recruitment activities to identify and recruit those partners key to A10's success
  • Use MDF to maximize business results-and align to A10 marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Work with key alliances and other eco-systems partners on joint marketing initiatives
  • Actively drive the customer reference program with partners, sales team & channel managers
  • Develop and execute channel enablement programs including but not limited to channel promotions, channel partner programs, and installed base programs
  • Develop and manage partner incentive programs
  • Help train partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that will lead to successful evaluations and POC's.
  • Support and play an active role in the channel business planning process for each NA region and review on a quarterly basis with key stakeholders
  • Drive engagement between A10 field and partner organizations
  • Validation that A10 partners are meeting the Affinity program requirements
  • Manage and analyze program metrics to gain insight for improvements. Create and deliver regular monthly and quarterly reports to senior management on partner marketing activities and results
  • Provide support for projects driven by Marketing Leadership, as necessary

Skills:

  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, team player focused on delivering high quality engagements for the Regional Sales / Channel Teams & North America Partner community
  • Ability to work cross functionally to plan and execute successful lead generation marketing programs
  • Experience identifying primary target markets and developing integrated campaign strategies together with business partners that include web, email, direct mail, advertising and events
  • Ability to manage the planning and execution of programs in a deadline driven environment
  • Possess great integrity

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related degree
  • 2 - 3 years +of B-to-B (channel) marketing experience in IT / Technology space (knowledge & experience with Enterprise Networks, IT Security, Cloud Applications and/or Service Provider segment is a pre-requisite)
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and experience with an indirect business model
  • Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns and promotions to meet the revenue goals of Indirect Sales Teams / Channels
  • Outstanding Presentation, Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Experience in building, driving & maintaining a daily working relationship with channel counterparts and regional sales teams
  • Experience in Marketing 2.0 campaigns (Social Marketing & Digital Marketing)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation (preferably Marketo) and CRM: Salesforce.com
  • Experience developing lead generation strategies and measuring lead gen campaigns with & through the channel
  • Previous work experience in aninternational work environment (is a pre-requisite)
  • Required: Excellent language skills English (both written & spoken)
  • Travel as required
