Work Days and Expected Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(Must be flexible around branch hours)

Function: Assumes responsibility for a significant and strategically important internal financial management function. Functions include asset/liability management, financial forecast and budget, capital management, market/organizational profitability reporting, account/household profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Develops strong financial modeling and computer expertise in the assigned area. Recommends, implements, updates and maintains necessary special purpose systems to support information needs.

2) Develops reports using advanced analytical software programs and techniques including: BusinessObjects, Monarch, Tableau, Excel, and others.

3) Develops and refines appropriate methodologies to support analytical efforts.

4) Monitors industry trends and performs peer analyses to recommend changes and enhancements to current processes and approaches.

5) Directs, defines and gathers all necessary data inputs from available sources including management/employees, internal systems and reports, and external sources.

6) Communicates analytical output to all management levels, including assumptions, key drivers, implications, and recommendations.

7) Maintains extensive latitude and independence to define and develop business relevant projects.

8) Works as a team member as needed to lead, develop and/or support assigned goals and objectives.

9) Maintains integrity and confidentiality of sensitive materials, both internally and externally.

10) Mentors and assists junior analysts in obtaining and enhancing their job knowledge and skills.

11) Maintains a good working relationship with all bank employees. Demonstrates the ability to work independently. Works as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization.

12) Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

Physical Demands:

Operates a keypad device: 90% of the day and operates office equipment: 5% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows. Sitting is required 8 hours per day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18-20, distance vision and depth perception for computer work. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.



  • 5 - 10 years: Five to ten years general finance related experience.



  • Bachelors or better in Academic/General
