This role is predominately focused on: Incentive Plan Design/Project Management/Associate Readiness for our Consumer Banking Contact Center Incentive Plans.



This role will maintain an enterprise view of the business that allows them to partner with Comp, HR and key executives to design incentive plans that enable the FLU to achieve its business objectives. This role will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the Front Line Unit (FLU) on all incentive related items and serve as the incentive subject matter expert for key business partners. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, result driven environment with changing priorities while building relationships and influencing business and technology partners



Summary of Responsibilities:



+ Manages plan design process in support of compensation strategy and business objectives

+ Act as a key advisor for business partners in developing strategy, identifying opportunities and evaluating risks

+ Engage key stakeholders to take action on insights and recommendations

+ Works with Incentive Center of Excellence (ICOE) partners to ensure capabilities required to support new plans/changes are executed as requested (including BRD process/ features and administration)

+ Serves as the Incentive Subject Matter Expert (SME) for COE and key business partners

+ Helps facilitate requests and initiatives by balancing LOB requests and business needs with ease of administrations, risk, viability, etc.

+ Build relationships with partners to support design, monitoring, governance and administration activities

+ Manages operation risk and efficiencies

+ Ensures proper risk disciplines are in place and takes action to ensure appropriate resolution

+ Collaborates with Comp, HR and other key business partners to develop and implement training and communication strategies to ensure associate readiness

+ Manages components of plan manuals and reference materials



Role Requirements



+ Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

+ 3+ years applicable and relevant experience within the Consumer line of business (Contact Center experience preferred)
