We are looking for : Payroll Manager MS NA H / F 

 Within ADP, the world leader in Payroll and Human Resources and as part of the ADP Managed Services NA Offer, you will be responsible for the pay (legal compliance, quality and deadlines) of one or more Clients of which you have the charge.

 You work in close collaboration with other Payroll Managers practicing for the same Client, the Account Manager, as well as the other Cross Delivery agents to guarantee the Customer's satisfaction, in particular by informing of events that may have an impact on the production of the Customer. service. 

You also work in collaboration with the Transverse Divisions in the respect of inter-processes

 

Your main missions are:  
Guarantee the correctness of the pay of his Client on all the legal aspects, and the respect of the quality and the deadlines

 Integrate or verify the integration in the workstation of the payroll information contained in the customer requests (by CRM) as part of the defined processes (hiring, STC, management of oppositions, premium imports, etc.) and verifies the impact on pay slips, for its perimeter.

  • Control the results obtained on the various deliverables (pay slips, month-end issues, update of counters on the workstation, provisions, accounting statements, etc.) using the ADP tools (ACE, Control Station , requests ...).
  • Use ADP control processes (mass controls to individual control using ACE dashboards / Control Station).
  • Control and validate the DSN: individual controls (employee level) and declarative controls (amounts of Urssaf contributions, pensions, pension and health costs, etc.)
  • Check and validate transfers of deposits and wages (GFF)
  • Perform the recipes after each parameter change (legal or evolving client) using a sample grid.
  • Perform non-regression checks (pre-pay check) each month.  
Assist and advise the Client in his contractual scope: 
  • Assist and advise the Client on all payroll and declarative matters
  • Make sure to provide the customer with the contractual service (using the contract, Perimeter of Tasks Annex)
  • Identify any discrepancies between the service and the Contract in order to make proposals for additional services to the Client, with the help of the Leader Payroll Manager and the Account Manager.
  • Respect and enforce the payment schedule defined with the Customer.

 Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and product:

 Attend all "Social News" training courses and, in general, read the legal information available to everyone (Social Mail, Expert News, etc.); ensures repercussions for his client.

  • Align ACE / Control Station alerts according to the Client regulations and legislative changes in agreement with the Leader Payroll Manager.
  • Have the workstation adapted according to the needs of the Client, in agreement with the Leader Payroll Manager and the Account Manager.
  • Collect the information necessary to establish the SLA indicators of the Customer. With the Account Manager, follow the changes and adapt his daily work accordingly.
  • Use all ADP tools required for SOC certification (Checklist web / BPMS, etc.)

  Work in close collaboration with the Transverse Poles to: 

  • evolve inter-process when necessary and with the agreement of his manager;
  • communicate all the changes impacting the regulations to adapt the controls
  • establish a real partnership with these teams to guarantee together the quality of the Customer service(meetings and regular contacts)
  •  Trainee minimum 2 in Human Resources or accounting, you have a first experience of payroll in business or service company.

  Your experience has allowed you to develop your sense of customer relationship (external and / or internal), your team spirit, your rigor and your sense of responsibility. 

The mastery of ADP tools is a real asset (Zadig / GXP).
