**Job Description:**



Typically manages different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once. Heavy coordination of daily schedules for corporate level executives and is responsible for timely submission and follow up on expense reports for executives. Relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for the executive. Communicates with executives and line management to gather/convey relevant information. Some staff at this level are involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. May act as liaison to outside groups coordinating events where the executive is a corporate chair, director or committee member. Reads, screens, refers and responds to incoming mail, ensuring that referrals are made, responses are gathered and summarized. Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Heavy international travel and coordination with the local area offices.



**Skills:**



7+ yrs of administrative experience



Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities and deadlines change rapidly



Detail oriented and ability to multi-task a must



Excellent Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.



Strong organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking is required



Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written



Must have proven track record of being a proactive, independent thinker



Candidate should present skills to rapidly pick up and operate bank's internal systems used within the group, and an ability to quickly adapt to the various tasks of the position.



Critical thinker is important to ask questions to get appropriate detail before taking a request to management.



Professional in demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills including interacting with executive level management.



Self-starter personality with proven ability to research and resolve issues.
