Description **Job Description:**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Providing executive administrative support (answer phones, compose and edit written documents and emails, arrange travel, process expense reports, etc.)

+ Travel Arranging and Travel Expense processing includes being aware of and following all LOB guidelines, obtaining all approvals for any exceptions prior to booking, and following up on documentation when processing the related Travel & Expense reports.

+ Professionally interact with clients and employees on the phone, in email, and in person at working group meetings, and various other deal-related events (rating meetings, investor meetings, conferences).

+ Maintain office supply stock, including all production supplies for proposal and presentation printing, binding and shipping.

**Specific/Unique LOB Responsibilities** :

+ Serves as a liaison between bankers and legal/compliance/management teams to process all required pre-clearances for any meals/events with governmental clients. Follows up through the Concur T&E system to record each event, and maintains all records for annual compliance reviews.

+ Coordinates corporate sponsorships/charitable donations, communicating with organizations to gather required documentation and working with LOB staff/COO and legal/compliance to process with all necessary approvals, following up with accounting to ensure payments and maintaining all records.

+ Obtaining the required approvals for any speaking engagements on behalf of the bankers and maintaining files for annual review.

+ Working with deal teams to upload required documentation to Genesis record keeping system on LOB website, as well as maintaining records of all physical deal files, both onsite and archival.

**Experience/Skills Required:**

+ Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint)

+ Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Professional work ethic, portraying a sense of pride, however big or small a task

+ Capability of working independently with little supervision

**Experience Preferred:**

+ College graduate preferred

+ Experience with Concur System helpful, but not required
