We are growing and we are looking for a Global Strategic Account Leader that will handle the largest global accounts for Dura-Line.

Do you have the ability to determine where to play, how to win and what it takes to win?

We are looking for someone that has global experience leading strategic accounts initiatives/organization and has global large account management in the telecommunications, data communications, fiber optics industries. Someone that is not afraid to handle challenges and changes, can thrive in ambiguity and wants to make an impact and help the world.

  • You can develop relationships within our clients and expand our global presence

  • You can make an impact and build profitable growth globally

  • You can make a difference in the organization by defining metrics and tools to support key account teams to design and execute a robust long-term strategy for key accounts and identify and develop new emerging and new strategic accounts

  • You can use your strategic and creative skills and develop and standardized strategic account processes

  • You can use your customer-centric mindset and develop and standardized processes to ensure it is the best in class customer experience and drive growth

  • You can use your problem-solving skill to build and govern processes for proactive and strategic account engagement and create and standardize strategic account processes

What do you need to be successful int his role?

  • Knowledge of how to write an account plan and take the necessary steps to implement that account plan

  • CRM experience of at least 5 years (SalesForce)

  • Knowledge of managing senior and junior salespeople

  • Thorough knowledge of large account management planning (Strategic Accounts)

  • In-depth knowledge of conduit and MicroDuct manufacturing, installation and technical practices

  • A hands-on, motivating, decisive leader with a proven record of achieving excellence through people and building high-performance teams

  • Proven track record developing new customers/partnerships and driving year over year profitable growth
