The Role

We are currently seeking a Coordinator based in our Dallas, Texas Alpha Road office to support our Global Talent Development team.

The primary focus of this role is the coordination and logistics for all of our in-person learning, development, and training programs for Korn Ferry taking place in our Dallas, Texas Alpha Road office as well as our virtual training program management globally. Specifically, this role will provide the coordination support for our North American StartUp, Key Account Induction, and Senior Client-Facing Immersion programs. This role will also manage the global Onboarding (Lift Off) Fuse site and all related documents including management of our global bi-monthly new joiner executive call.

The role reports to the leader of the Global Talent Development function and is responsible for tracking and maintaining the global Talent Development dashboard capturing program creation and delivery activity, monitoring and managing the Talent Development mailbox, and maintaining our global training calendar and SharePoint materials. The role will have a focus on presentation material excellence and partnering with the Talent Development team on continuous improvement and knowledge management to ensure materials are current, relevant and consistent globally. The Coordinator role also provides support on key global learning initiatives and programs to include Career Architecture, annual performance management, and goal-setting.

The successful placement will be highly client-service oriented, technologically savvy, responsive and professional.



Key Accountabilities

Logistics & Program Coordination Coordinate and provide logistics support leading up to and during all aspects of live training events taking place at our Dallas Alpha Road office specifically to include: meeting space management, supplies & materials, meals, pre and post communications and any required elements to ensure a world-class superior experience for our training participants and guests. Capture notes during training activities and provide re-cap summaries after sessions, send out any follow-up required materials to participants. Serve as main on-site point of contact during sessions providing any information and support needed to participants, clients and guests.

Relationships - Develop solid and effective working relationships with key local office partners including reception, IT and office services to collaborate together in advance, during and after programs including ensuring all necessary information is provided for effective planning and sessions.

Onboarding Serve as main point of contact for FUSE global onboarding site (LiftOff). Regularly review, update and monitor all documents to ensure they are up to date and information is accurate and relevant. Partner with key corporate and business stakeholders as needed on any updates and communication around program enhancements. Manage global Lift Off call hosted by executives. Schedule and coordinate host communications and attend all calls including escalation of any issues to the SVP Global Talent. Ensure call content is regularly reviewed and updated for relevant information.

Training Room Management Responsible for the calendar and space management for the all training rooms onsite at the Dallas Alpha location. Manage and act as main point of contact for calendars for all training rooms regardless if related to being sponsored by the Talent Development team. Escalate any potential space accommodation or time conflict issues to the Director, Talent Development and/or office leader as appropriate. Partner with office reception and facilities to inform in advance and plan for activities as appropriate.

Talent Development Mailbox Monitor the global Talent Development mailbox. Respond to requests directly and/or ensure all queries are directed to appropriate SMEs for response within 24 business hours.

Knowledge Management and Distribution Maintain SharePoint and OneDrive to ensure all training materials and documents are centrally located, current, and easily accessible for all global team members.

Materials and Continuous Improvement Partner with Talent Development team to review training
materials for continuous improvement to ensure they are current/up-to-date and accurately represent the company brand and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with marketing to maintain Korn Ferry branding standards for all Talent Development materials. Regularly review documents for any content updates to include solution, branding, data etc. Administer feedback surveys following training programs, collect and consolidate data, and provide to Talent Development leadership for review.

Talent Development Dashboard Collect, maintain, and continuously update monthly dashboard reflecting training programs, metrics, and core initiatives.

Training Calendar Manage and maintain centralized training calendar that includes global training activities and key Talent Development events. Proactively communicate calendar of training events on a monthly basis using all channels including Yammer, Fuse, emails to key contacts to highlight and encourage participation in key activities. Regularly refresh comms content and make suggestions for improvement and engagement in sessions through the comms process.

Learning Management System iAcademy schedule, administer, and track key learning programs/courses in iAcademy.



Required Skills

3 years experience in the Talent Acquisition or professional services industry
Learning & Development experience a plus
Administrative experience a plus
Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills
Strong Project Management
Self-directed with strong organizational/multi-tasking, highly responsive
Highly-organized and detailed-oriented
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
High client-service orientation required

Bachelors Degree preferred
