Description **Job Description:**



The Reconciliation associate is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving daily breaks for Retail and Managed Products trading and billing general ledger accounts. The reconciliation for the trading accounts is based on breaks that appear due to trading discrepancies or delayed settlement issues. Reconciliation of the manager payment billing accounts is focused around balancing the collection of client fees and distribution of the fees to the various investment managers. Associate is expected to be able to openly and actively work well with other groups, as well as finding resolution and resolving breaks with a sense of urgency.



**Job responsibilities:**



+ Monitor, analyze, and resolve daily breaks in Clearweb and DART

+ Work with Trading Desk, Managed Product Allocations, Order Management and Managed Product Billing Teams to resolve breaks

+ Identify and analyze all global issues and/or trends

+ Maintain an effective, open line of communication within the team as well as other areas within the Firm

+ Update/Maintain accurate procedures

+ Process improvement and technology enhancement coordination



**Required skills:**



+ 4 year college degree

+ Prior reconciliation experience

+ Trading and/or Managed Products knowledge
