**Job Description:**



This position is a part of a small team that helps to drive strategy and change management for the US Trust Service and Support team as a part of the GWIM Service Organization. The Business Support Manager can be engaged in projects, analyses and ad-hoc assignments that cover virtually all aspects of US Trust Servicing and Support including (but not limited to): initiative planning, financial and expense management, staffing strategy and organizational health, workspace, process improvement and modernization, scorecarding and reporting, support for select external executive presentations and engagements all in support of and ensuring alignment with line of business strategies and Operational Excellence.



**Requirements:**



+ Bachelors degree in business, management or relevant work experience preferred

+ Demonstrated capability to work with advanced functions within Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

+ Strong ability to synthesize detailed information and structure into high-level executive-ready insights, supported with compelling data, facts and analysis

+ Ability to communicate complex information and ideas simply and visually

+ Strong presentation and communication skills

+ Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and reprioritize tasks based on new information or shifting deadlines

+ Basic understanding of technology development and delivery will be helpful, but is not required

Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.
