What do you get to do in this position?

  • Partner with subject matter experts across all subdisciplines (e.g. Compensation, TA, Rewards, Payroll, and Finance) to simplify and optimize processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance business capabilities using innovative HR technology
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot HR systems and tools
  • Create and implement data integrity and governance model
  • Actively participate in vendor selection, analysis, and implementations/project management
  • Develop intuitive, engaging, and effective HRIS self-service and manager self-service experiences
  • Analyze user needs and recommends optimum approaches and specifications.
  • Develop custom reports for trouble shooting and business planning and insights.
  • Work closely with SE Digital on data conversion, security, and integrations; proactively identify, recommend issues, and streamline where possible.
  • Help foster a HRIS self-service environment across the organization. Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to train stakeholders on HRIS processes/functionality
  • Ensure a quality employee experience as well as ongoing compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Lead and encourage others as a mentor and formally through our performance management process, investing in their development and providing meaningful, timely, and straightforward feedback to address performance issues in real-time and motivate others to reach their full potential.
  • Create culture of data security, confidentiality, and principals within entire HR organization.
  • Own vendor relationship while driving accountability and service level agreements. Experience negotiating contracts and renewals is desired.

This job might be for you if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in a related field; MBA helpful.
  • 5-7 years of HRIS/Systems experience including a deep understanding of system architectures, complex reporting, and analytics with experience leading transformation initiatives and implementation of new technologies.
  • 5 years of managing cross cultural teams
  • Possess the ability to be both strategic and hands-on, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
  • Ability to be sensitive to stakeholders' concerns/needs and effectively communicate rationale for adaption to different, and sometimes conflicting requests/needs.
  • Prior experience managing and supporting multiple HR technology products and their cohesion (HCM, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, Benefits, content providers and custom platforms). Global experience desired.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude, and display professionally mature behavior in challenging situations; ability to communicate effectively and work with confidential and sensitive information at all levels of a large, complex organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budget
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employment data
  • Develop high performing team through, education, mentorship and ongoing coaching and development actions
  • Fluent in English required
