Join our Global HR Operations team as an intern. Work as part of a high performing, fast paced team and be exposed to many areas of HR including Policy, Projects, Risk and Inclusion and Diversity.
The HR Operations team is responsible for SVB's global HR operations.
The role would be full or part-time over a 6-month period (minimum of 3 days per week). Open to both graduate and undergraduate students.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations projects
- Manage event planing related to inclusion and diversity activity
- Maintain project plans and co-ordinate meetings
- Manage administrative tasks related to the HR operations function
- Candidates must be students currently enrolled in a college/university
- College sophomores, juniors, and seniors preferred
- HR or business-related major preferred
- Strong interest in HR required
