Responsibility Summary

Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation of new functionality of HR and miscellaneous other business systems. This includes:

  • Consulting with business area leaders and end users

  • Documenting and communicating functional requirements to IS

  • Determining appropriate uses of the systems to meet user's needs

  • Coordination of system testing and user acceptance

  • Development of user training material

Provide support and administration, including technical configuration of HR systems. Evaluate, analyze and recommend improvements and changes to current system functionality.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR related systems functional support and enhancement development

  • Minimum 3 years experience in business process reengineering, procedures development and documentation, and system related project leadership.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and database structures within systems

  • Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills

  • Requires knowledge of and practical application of testing methodologies and experience

  • 4 yr college degree preferred

  • PeopleSoft HR experience preferred
