HR Technology Development Lead

**Job Description:**

The HRIS DM lead is responsible for overseeing product design, development, enhancements and support of the ADS for HR data.The person will work across developers, architect and project teams to help with the next generation of data ingestion, curation and distribution.

**Required Skills:**

+ Software engineering and architecture experience.

+ Ability to partner with engineers, business solutions, LOB, GIS, and CTO to achieve superior results and to advance overall technology practice.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment.

+ Experience in working on extra-large databases like data ware house involving millions of rows transformation.

+ Prior experience in database frameworks and ETL tools like Informatica and application migration activities.

+ Experience in identifying data anomalies/data patterns in huge data sets to maintain data quality and to resolve production issues (L3 support).

**Desired Skills:**

+ Knowledge of HR Domains preferable.

+ Authorized data source governance, support and maintenance.

+ Data ware house experience (involving manipulation/transformation of millions of rows with optimal methods).

+ Knowledge of table partitioning, analytical functions, regular expressions, VPD, autonomous transactions, dynamic SQL, file read/write.

+ Strong knowledge of : SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Unix Shell Scripts, Informatica, ETL concepts, Autosys / Batch management, various distribution techniques (file, web services, direct connections).
