SUMMARY


The HR Intern will work on a Global HR team that provides support to employees across the globe. This position will provide support work for Global Human Resource projects while gaining exposure to the full HR cycle with a focus on specific areas within the CCC Global Human Resource team.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Listed in order of relevance:


- Provide fundamental technical support in various areas of Human Resources for completion of specific projects.


- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.


- Provide data collection, input and data management for Human Resource projects and compliance requirements.


- Provide limited analysis, troubleshooting and solutions under the direction of the Human Resource team.


- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts and maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information.


- Effectively communicate with management and staff, operations and maintenance inside the company; contractors, government staff/regulators and customers outside the company.


- Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.


- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


- Undergraduate student in Human Resource Management, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.


- Good academic standing in Junior year of University or equivalent preferred.


- Previous experience in office or corporate environment is a plus.


- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Designer is a plus.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


- Ability to analyze and recognize patterns in data, information or events to draw logical conclusions and make recommendations for actions.


- Ability to efficiently use all Microsoft Office products.


- Effective verbal and written communication skills to understand and relate to employees both face to face and through technology.


- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.


- Ability to read, speak, and write in English required.


WORKING CONDITIONS


The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel is not required.
