The Implementation Specialist (IS) is accountable for all aspects of assigned HR and integrated Workforce Now (WFN) account setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run(s) support and turnover to Client Services. The IS must be capable of successfully implementing new business, platform conversions and existing account reconfiguration (for example, spin offs), while ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction and maintaining high productivity regardless of the processing platform or client facing application involved. The IS works with medium to large sized organizations, with no limit on the complexity or feature/functionality usage of the client. The role demands a solid foundation in project management given the size and complexity of the accounts assigned.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOwn the engagement with the client during stand alone and multi product implementations\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAdhere to the ADP Implementation Methodology to implement HR solutions to new and existing ADP clients\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssume responsibility and accountability for their client projects\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with Sales and Service to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Client Services\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyze client\u0027s HR needs via the telephone or at client site to determine the necessary setup\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConfigure ADP HR accounts that follow the Autopay Major and/or National Accounts guidelines\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of project\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure accuracy of all aspects of client set up\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness and issues as they arise\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure that project and solutions and delivered on time\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFormally track any issues that arise and orchestrate resolutions\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare client profile/file including all options/features as per sales order\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport client through validation, testing and go live stages\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible to ensure quality of implementation and achieves quality survey targets\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitate and schedule calls/visits to accomplish analysis, input training, first use and troubleshooting\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist client in scheduling all training as well as communicate training plans\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWhere required, provide on-site training for those clients that need further support/assistance\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide support to their assigned clients until turned over to the Transition Team/Client Services\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUpdate/Maintain E-Start/Backlog\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOther duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQualifications\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMinimum 3-5 years\u0027 experience in HR capacity\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProject management knowledge\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGeneral knowledge of operating systems and internet concepts\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffective communication skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to collaborate \u0026 work effectively within cross functional teams.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEducation\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPost-secondary education or related business experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECertified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation would be considered an asset.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ENOTE TO APPLICANTS\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EPlease note that any offer of employment will be subject to verification of employment background checks, including a criminal record check.\u003C/p\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
