Job Description

As the InForce Client Engagement Lead you will help to build Guardian's InForce engagement capabilities as part of the broader Individual Markets strategy.

You will

  • Develop and driving data-driven in-force client outreach and engagement initiatives to enhance policyholder relationships across Individual Markets, including:
  • Drive the build of scalable InForce engagement supporting capabilities
  • Drive the development of and testing of InForce engagement communications and methods that work logically with the broader network of Guardian client communications and touch points
  • Work with the Data, Actuarial and Marketing teams to mature and systematically deploy the Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) framework to incorporate more robust inputs and to respond to client feedback
  • Partner with the Agency Assist team to ensure engagement activities have maximum impact
  • Effectively coordinating InForce engagement initiatives with other client communications (lead generation, service communications, etc.)
  • Pivot policy conservation activities from re-active regulatory management to pro-active, pre-emptive engagement
  • Serves as a business transformation agent participating in shared value initiatives
  • This will be a highly visible role and have significant interactions with corporate and business executives across the Guardian Enterprise

  • Have an exceptional working understanding of life insurance and annuity products and processes; engagement programs and marketing; operations; insurance economics; and distribution economics
  • Have a strong track record of relationship-building and trust with Guardian field leadership and across Individual Markets and are recognized as a trusted partner
You have

  • Minimum of 10 years overall business experience (Life Insurance business preferred)
  • Exceptionally strong networking skills and field relationships
  • Demonstrated strong team leadership and building skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (word, PowerPoint and excel)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills for multiple audiences including staff, management, and senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong, credible business relationships at all levels and be regarded as a trusted partner
  • High degree of organization, autonomy, and self-motivation, demonstrating initiative and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and results orientation
  • Bachelor's Degree required

As our InForce Client Engagement Lead, you will report to our Vice President, InForce Engagement | Individual Markets

Location

  • New York City office - Hudson Yards preferred - with WFH flexibility
