Role Summary:

This role is responsible for user security and compliance for multiple systems, primarily Facets and StandAlone NetworX Pricer (SANP). Members of this team work closely with the Facets App Support team, Facets BRC & CSI teams, Facets business users, and other teams to continually expand knowledge of the systems and business uses in order to deliver innovative solutions to better service our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Process user security requests (adds, terms, password resets, and resolution of access issues) for multiple systems (Facets, SANP, Encoder Pro, Personix, SAM3, WCA, Optum, and Access Management).
  • Utilize the HPESM ticket system and meet strict departmental turnaround time targets.
  • Assist Manager with leading this high-performing team to reach strict qualitative and quantitative results.
  • Train new staff members on multiple systems.
  • Support Manager with writing/updating department policies and procedures manuals.
  • Research, test, configure, build, and migrate security profiles and menus for Facets, SANP, and Optum.
  • Assist Manager with building Access Management (AM) roles, subroles, app roles, and global groups, and work with users to troubleshoot AM issues.
  • Support Manager with analyzing and solving Facets upgrade security issues and defect resolutions.
  • Handle complex security issues, of which many are without past precedence.
  • Research and determine department auditing needs, risks, and exposures.
  • Build and run data queries (TOAD, Excel) to perform deep dive analysis of data while thinking outside of the box to discover hidden issues and process improvements.
  • Engage in and complete special projects, attend meetings, create and deliver presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or 5 years related experience required
  • Strong data analysis query and research skills
  • Strong organization and priority setting skills
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority assignments, projects and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous workflow/ticket tracking system experience (e.g., HPESM)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (strong emphasis on Excel)
  • Working knowledge of TOAD or Brio inquiry tools
  • Working knowledge of Facets preferred
  • Broad understanding of insurance terminology and business processes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
