  • Create and manage project plans for individual and collaborative training development projects
  • Lead training project teams focused on specific objectives & deliverables
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define needs/objectives and transfer knowledge
  • Identify and implement appropriate instructional strategies for training content that align with provided learning objectives
  • Create performance support materials, facilitator and participant guides, sales tools and/or job aids.
  • Author and publish instructor led, eLearning and blended learning content within AOL style and voice guidelines
  • Design and develop learning assessments to evaluate agent knowledge
  • Conduct virtual and in-person content review meetings and Train the Trainer sessions
  • Deliver training to agents in domestic and international contact center sites, as needed
  • Solicit and monitor feedback to identify areas of opportunity for training
  • Analyze and summarize report data and make recommendations based on results
  • Contribute to the creation of design and process standards for the team
  • Continuously maintain existing programs to keep current with new content, changing business needs, e-learning technology, and company strategy.
  • Mentor ISD colleagues to build and strengthen skills


  • At least 2 years of experience with designing and developing training content
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in adult education, instructional design, curriculum development, educational technology or related field
  • Superb writing & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and interpret needs for the end-user
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, visually and through writing
  • Passion and enthusiasm about the quality of products delivered
  • Strong desire to learn and innovate
  • Comfort with technology and taking risks with new software
  • Quick to pick up new concepts
  • Ability to travel 5 - 10%, as needed, to domestic and international sites
