**Job Description:**



The Interaffiliate Services Regulatory Response Manager is accountable for managing regulator relationships and providing leadership and guidance to the company regarding regulatory agency inquiries, examinations and other interactions.



_Accountabilities includes, but are not limited to:_



+ Primary US and international regulatory relationship manager representing the Enterprise Interaffiliate Services line of business within GT&O

+ Lead interactions between the Bank and regulatory agencies, with a focus on educating and explaining the Interaffiliate Services Program

+ Builds relationships with key business partners and local regulator exam staff to drive strategic engagement model

+ Identify and communicate key themes and updates from regulator interactions across different levels of the organization

+ Serves as central point of contact for regulator requests and connect dots to broader bank strategies

+ Coordinates and leads high-level meetings with senior internal stakeholders, bank staff supporting regulatory responses, and with regulators

+ Share lessons learned and best practices from regulator interactions across the enterprise

+ Responsible for understanding agency protocols, contact information and update relevant internal documents

+ Responsible for notifying impacted stakeholders of regulatory agency changes, news and areas of focus.

+ Provides regulatory examination, inquiry and meeting oversight, guidance and support.

+ Develops and maintains effective reporting and communication routines to achieve enterprise understanding of key regulatory issues.

**Required Skills** :



+ Minimum seven years of relevant work experience in relationship and/or exam management, regulator agency and risk management.

+ Bachelors degree

+ Strong leadership presence

+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically

+ Demonstrate intellectual curiosity

+ Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and partners, and effectively challenge when necessary

+ Proven process design and project management skills

+ Ability to read and understand complex matters, anticipate risks and summarize key information

+ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to overcome obstacles and solve problems quickly and efficiently

+ Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up

+ Demonstrated dependability and sense of urgency

+ Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels

+ Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment



**Desired Skills:**



+ Audit, risk, compliance, and/or business control background

+ Understanding of Bank of America's interaffiliate service model

+ Understanding of enterprise lines of business and global operations
