Internal Communications Partner

Working with executives, you'll help connect employees to the company's most critical plans and decisions. You'll customize and deliver corporate-level content for a group of related divisions. And you'll develop and execute division-specific communication plans on behalf of their most significant strategies and priorities.


Partner closely with Executives for a small number of business units to customize and deliver top-down updates on corporate priorities, business strategies, and company financial performance.

Create and execute division-specific communication plans and content related to the corporate strategy. Distribute within the division, and across the company.

Develop complimentary outside-in communication programs that provide relevant and timely updates on Bose's place in the world, including major marketing and brand campaigns, customer reviews, and editorial.

Advise Executives on transparency, clarity, and channel of communication.

Develop employee crisis preparedness plans and materials as needed.

Develop and manage calendar of communications for your business units , fully aligned to corporate IC calendar.

Use all principles, standards, protocol, templates and tools when developing and distributing communication plans.

Work with IC Senior Manager and other IC Partners to prioritize distribution of information, and establish when it will be shared, in what channels, and by whom.

Measure and report on KPIs, determined by IC Senior Manager, for your business units.


A college degree or an advanced degree in communications,8 yearsrelated work experience, and fluency in current communication technologies and tools. Accreditation or certification in communications and/or change management is a plus.

Solid experiencedeveloping comprehensive communication strategies and plans, including crisis plans.

Multiple samples of plans created, exceptional writing, message-creation, positioning, and talking points.

Naturally hold the confidence and professionalism to work autonomously and the openness and respect needed to work collaboratively with both colleagues and senior leaders.
