We are looking for an Employee Communications Publisher to join our team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and maintain corporate publication schedule for global digital channels, including the intranet, Yammer, and digital signage.

Drive our global editorial and publishing calendar.

Ensure content is shared with employees in a timely fashion by publishing and removing content according to protocols established by IC leader.

Promote adoption of digital channels with employees.

Track and report on site analytics to IC leadership.

Manage company wide distribution lists, ensuring accuracy of delivered content.

Oversee agency providing translation services.

Perform routine design work and manage agency for complex work that is outsourced.

Review and quality control of internal communications materials created by others, to ensure a high level of standards and consistency with use of tone and writing style.

Stay current on industry trends to identify and recommend opportunities to improve internal digital communication channels.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT

A college degree or an advanced degree in communications, 5+ years related work experience.

Fluency in current communication technologies and tools.

Hands-on experience with all media formats, including video, and the ability to coach content contributors to provide engaging and relevant stories.

Strong project management skills; with ability to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders at once.

Excellent writing, editing, publishing, and proofreading skills required.
