Implements changes that will affect business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. We're looking for a talented and motivated business analyst to join our team. ERIE's Claims technology department is currently working on an innovative, exciting claims application (Guidewire). Supporting the business processes within this system is vital to Claims operations. ERIE IT is an organization built on quality, teamwork and going the extra mile. As a business analyst in ERIE's Claims technology department, you will help make it easier for our employees to utilize ERIE Claim Center to help our customers in their darkest hours. This position is focused on leading the problem investigation, triage and defect resolution process for the Erie Claim Center in support of the Claims Operations team.
