IT Operations App & Infrastructure Support Lead

**Job Description:**

**Position Summary**

This role will oversee execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence within Collections Recovery and Treasury Finance Technology division; including application inventory risk and control remediation and simplification deliverables. Act as an ambassador of the risk culture. Responsibilities Include:

Manage plans and provide updates related to all infrastructure related tasks including run book, server inventory and classifications, patching and vulnerability remediation, Data Center exits and Declining/Not Permitted Technology (NPT) remediation plans across the application portfolio.

Support Operational teams with value add technology debt and action plans to remediate.

Support Risk and GIS partners for identifying and escalating Enhanced Remediation Program (ERP) plans for application remediation timelines and awareness of consequence model for non-adherence.

Develop and manage dashboard reporting to track team deliverables and identify potential delays in meeting completion dates.

Provide guidance to Operational teams regarding Risk and Control best practices.

Required Skills:

Must have a broad architectural knowledge of all components of infrastructure systems; middleware; and multiple backend database technologies

Experience representing Application Production Support to partnering organizations

Must be technology inquisitive, intellectually curious and has an aggressive thirst for knowledge and learning as it pertains to the technical space

Must demonstrate initiative, can be pointed in a direction and work independently, identifies issues on their own and can formulate plans and next steps to solve process or technical issues

Ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and partners

Ability to speak or present information in confident, clear, concise direct manner

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing them correctly

Demonstrated ability to work in high intensity situations

Must be familiar with Mainframe/Midrange platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Desired Skills**

Desired Skills:

5 years of prior experience in control function roles, operations or services preferred

Prior experience in supporting financial systems and lines of business

Prior experience supporting and managing Collections and Recovery applications

Prior development or infrastructure support experience

Understanding of Agile Kanban and Scrum

Knowledge of ITSM Remedy

Agile / JIRA demonstrated knowledge as Product Owner
