What you'll do:

IT Project Manager is responsible leading the project management life-cycle; designing, and driving project plans; maintaining project schedules; managing tasks, issues and risks; facilitating meetings; communicating updates; and managing project budgets.


  • Establishes and implements project management lifecycle processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.

  • Effectively translates and communicates business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa.

  • Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet internal and external customer needs.

  • Monitors and communicates the progress of project delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of project status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues.

  • Manages remote, offshore, and on-site development resources, as well as vendor relationships.

  • Uses Agile techniques to bring efficiency to Project Management and Documentation needs.


  • 5+ years of related project management experience required. Product Management/startup experience is a plus. Experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence are necessary.

  • Masters in Computer Science is preferred.

  • PMP certification is preferred but not necessary.

  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Spiral software development methodologies.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to unite teams.

  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills critical.
