Major Opportunities and Decisions:
  • Provides leadership and insight in the analysis of business requirements that may cross multiple functional areas and/or multiple technical platforms, and have broad strategic
  • Work closely with the architecture staff to design and document technical solutions
  • Researches and analyzes existing systems and project requirements, under periodic supervision.
  • Update technical specifications and other necessary technical documentation throughout the project's development life cycle
  • Assists in resolving production support problems. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.
  • Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
  • Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and Compliance Program policies.
  • Minimum of five years plus of application systems hands-on development and deployment experience:
  • Demonstrate strong software architecture skills in both an object-oriented and procedural environment and a working knowledge of design patterns.
  • Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions, develop functional requirement and implementation plans, identify solution risks and develop mitigation solution plans.
  • Develop IVR system design from requirements, software coding and development, experience in deployment, testing and integration support for IVR platform like - Genesys, Verint, Cisco and other third party platforms in the market.
  • Ability to develop solutions and design for both inbound and outbound call for multi contact center in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrate good client interaction and interpersonal skills, with ability to interface with technical staff regarding all phases of CTI project development and implementation, including hardware/software installation, development, and systems integration testing phases.
  • Expert in writing code and design in common programming languages such as VXML, C/ C , Java, .NET, J2EE, JSP and database technologies in support of call center applications.
  • Experience in Speech recognition application software, VXML standards and other related technologies.
  • Proficient in migration of Call Center applications from legacy systems to new platforms and technologies.
  • Proficient in integration of Call Center environments with CRM, WFM, and other third party application platforms.
  • Ability to work on a team of technical resources as required.
  • Good oral/written communications skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.

      Software Development Skills:
      Frameworks: Nuance Framework 9, Nuance dialogue modules, scansoft voice framework 2,3 experience a plus, J2EE, Java Server Pages (JSP) Java, C#.NET, .NET Web Services, VXML, VUI Design, Speech Grammar development, IVR Voice XML experience, GVP Composer Development skills.

      Soft Skills/Abilities:

      • Highly self-motivated and directed
      • Excellent understanding of complete SDLC
      • Strong people skills and the ability to be resourceful, as well as to make concise, independent and defensible decisions in often high-pressure situations.
      • Assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments; tasks and commitments; setting high standards of performance for self and others
      • Strong organizational skills which allow simultaneous completion of tasks and duties while maintaining the ability to coach and develop staff.
