What Do You Need?

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Mechanical aptitude in setting up machines and repair during upset conditions.

  • Must be able to read a tape measure

  • Willing and able to work any shift, holidays, weekends and overtime as necessary

  • Willing and ableto work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment

  • Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs

  • Willing and able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

  • Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours a day

  • 2 years or more experience using computer computerized machinery in a production environment.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in the lumber or plywood industry operating Specialty, Panel or Cut to Size Saws,Presses,Lathes or other machine assets.
Key expectations of job:


  • Demonstrate commitment to plants overall safety vision and the MBM guiding principles

  • Meet production and maintain quality standards and report discrepancies

  • Understand and follow lockout tag out procedures

  • Able to calibrate and adjust machine/saws/lathes

  • Willing to perform other duties as needed.

  • Working up to 12 hours per shift as scheduled.
