Cozen O'Connor is seeking a Regional Office Manager to support our Seattle office. The Regional Office Manager is responsible for the daily management of the administrative functions required to support the attorney's and staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative recruitment, orientation, performance management, staff supervision and employee relations in cooperation with the firm's human resources department.
  • Communicate policy and procedures on behalf of management under the guidance of the Human Resource Department.
  • Make the Director Regional Administration aware of certain situations that arise relating to job performance, attitude, attendance, cooperation of secretaries, etc. Keep records of vacation, sick time, lateness and overtime for secretaries in-group. Review and approve timesheets on a bi-weekly basis; and prepare annual Employee Performance Appraisal for staff in assigned regional offices.
  • The Regional Office Manager will work closely with MIS and Finance personnel assigned to the office for technology support and client billing.
  • Act as a change agent and cultural liaison.
  • Audit quality of workflow and workforce production. Reassigning workloads as necessary to accommodate business needs.
  • Develop, train and enhance workflow practices through human capital engagement.
  • Coordinate sponsored events that align with the firm's mission and vision.
  • Act as the point of contact for communication and marketing developmental materials.
  • Conduct analysis in market incentives regionally that align with organizational growth and sales.
  • Vendor relations, facilities and marketing events.
  • Responsibilities associated with the job may change from time to time in accordance with business needs; incumbent may be required to perform other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of seven years of supervisory experience in a legal or other professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Sales, Government and Marketing experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills in human resources, facilities management, budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer service and project management skills.
