Reporting to the COO-Technology and in partnership with the Technology Leadership team, Kroll's human capital team, and Kroll's communications team, the Manager-Technology will serve in a Chief of Staff capacity, responsible for owning and driving the communications and people agenda for our 500+ employee global technology team. This will include employee engagement and communication initiatives, organizational change management, and maintaining and updating Technology team specific content (intranet, internet, sharepoint, teams, etc.). The role will provide input and assist with the creation of presentations to internal staff, Kroll leadership, and external entities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and maintain internal IT communications toolkits, including standard templates for global announcements on information security policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the creation of and manage the schedule and delivery of IT communications and announcements.
  • Develop and publish announcements and other content on the Kroll Technology intranet (IT Team site).
  • Work closely with functional support teams; including IT Helpdesk, and Project Management Office to create and deliver global IT announcements.
  • Create and distribute monthly IT newsletters
  • Support the creation of presentations and strategy documents for internal or external use
  • Identify content and schedule management meetings, all employee town halls, and other engagement and communication forums
  • Own and drive the people agenda for the Kroll technology team
  • Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement
  • Create employee driven improvement teams to drive a collaborative culture
  • Partner with the Kroll HR, Communications, and Impact offices on communication and engagement
  • Drive engagement and participation in affinity councils
  • Collaborate with the Technology Leadership team to define and drive the technology people agenda
  • Management of administrative items such as travel plans and site visits
  • Assisting with leading ad hoc deliverables/requests where needed to support the CIO/COO Technology
  • Understanding of the market and technology landscape, relevant topics and developments
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Ability to interact with different business functions and levels of seniority across the Firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Superior attention to detail with a commitment to organization and accuracy
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, HR, Communications, or other related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, Communications, or other related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs
  • Experience leading collaboration and improvement initiatives across cross-functional, global teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Superior attention to detail with a commitment to organization and accuracy
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player
