We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Support Manager for theWest Region Marketing and Sales Support Department

The Marketing Manager role is a management position that works collaboratively with the departments sales and loan advisor roles as well as the underwriting, loan processing and funding departments. This positions overarching goal is to actively bring brand awareness to potential B2B business partners and to deepen our current business partners understanding of our products and value propositions. The result of the work performed in this role will provide sales leads as well as higher utilization of our products with our existing customer base.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data and trends to create, recommend, execute and monitor a marketing plan covering up to one year in span, while aligning with the sales department business plan.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine requirements for existing and future products.

  • Achieve sales prospecting lead objectives established by the Region Sales and Marketing Manager.

  • Effectively create awareness of Credit Humans brand, programs features and benefits across business partners both new to the credit union as well as those that are currently transacting business with the credit union.

  • Deliver marketing activity within budget and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor marketing plan effectiveness with the development of effective channels of feedback trends and reports on all marketing activity results against key performance metrics and ROI.

  • Support sales activities through active collaboration with sales functions. Develop/refresh print as well as digital and electronic marketing content, rate sheets, programs/policies, trade shows and industry event coordination and creation of marketing presentations.

  • Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media.

  • Collect and utilize feedback to improve existing process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead and build an effective team that collaborates with full commitment in pursuit of region and departmental goals.

  • Manage the regions new client set-up and existing client annual renewal process while keeping within policy and procedures.



  • 5+ years of marketing experience

  • Management experience


  • Manufactured housing industry knowledge/experience

  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies

  • Technical marketing skills

  • Experience in customer and market research

  • Relevant product and industry knowledge

  • Digital marketing skills

  • Experience with relevant software applications

  • Requires eligibility to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry

Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Travel Requirements:Minimal travel
