 Join our team as a MARKETING ASSOCIATE, assisting with marketing promotion plans for our conference division, supporting our Cambridge EnerTech and Cambridge Healthtech Institute brands.

 Job Responsibilities

Our chosen candidate will dive right into the marketing field, creating email marketing campaigns for audience development. This includes creative input for development of website branding, brochure design and other types of marketing collateral. Our Marketing Associate will have an excellent opportunity to build upon his/her marketing skill set by learning about SEO, SEM and Social Media strategies.

 Our Marketing Associate will also gain exposure to higher-level marketing duties, like developing and executing conference promotion plans, database marketing through our CRM, direct mail strategies, assisting with planning conference advertising and creating web banners, developing and fulfilling media-based partnerships, and delivering leads for outbound telemarketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for YOU if you have a 4-year degree in Marketing and 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, social media marketing and product marketing. You must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks with aggressive deadlines. You are a top candidate if you also have prior experience with event promotions, html email programs – Dreamweaver preferred – and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics.


This position is based in our Needham, Massachusetts headquarters office.


Compensation: Total pay for the Marketing Associate position includes base salary and eligibility for a share of both conference profits and overall company profit.
