Summary/Objective:

Rogers Corporation is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to provide marketing communications support for Advanced Connectivity Solutions (ACS), a strategic business unit of Rogers Corporation.This position will support and manage a broad range of marcom activities in leads management, products/technology promotion, trade shows and customer events, customer loyalty and brand building. This position will interact frequently with theACS sales and marketing team, as well as external agencies and corporate communication departments.

Essential Functions:

  • Leads management: consolidate leads information from different sources and update leads database through external service provider; maintain and optimize leads management modules by working with sales force and external 3rd party; regularly track key metrics of leads management

  • Products/technology promotion: Update product literature; update and optimize on-line production selection tools; develop new promotional brochures, videos, e-blast, press release and advertisement; support development and implementation of media campaigns and media placement strategies; regularly track key metrics on products/technology promotion

  • Trade shows and customer events: support development and implementation of trade show plans in US, Asia and Europe; Coordinates logistics for trade shows, customer conferences, webinars and seminars.; Maximize the participation and track the leads/participants of every event

  • Customer loyalty and brand building: Technology Support Hub maintenance, optimization and promotion; ACS website update and optimization; support development and implementation of media initiatives to promote ACS, including developing new videos and creating new web pages on targeted market segments; coordinate the news and articles on ACS for Rogers IntraNet; regularly track the key metrics in Technology Support Hub and ACS website

  • Support Annual Marcom Budget plan; support the administration of marcom expenses; track the actual spending vs. plan

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or Liberal Arts, plus demonstrated ability to effectively communicate product, market and technical information.

  • Minimum three years marketing communications experience in B2B business.

  • Demonstrated potential to learn and apply learnings in new situations.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign and Illustrator.

  • Effective organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
