**Job Description:**



**Manages projects limited in scope to LOB products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to staff. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Accountable for initiatives limited in scope to department products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.**



**Position Summary**



The Mobile Application is the fastest growing channel in the Consumer Bank of America. We are looking for a highly-motivated self-starter, proficient in multi-tasking, who can:

o Manages financial governance for multiple programs as well as overall Profit/Loss for Mobile overall.

o Be Responsible to generate and analyze financial reporting, across of multiple programs simultaneously.

o Effectively communicates with Executives, managers, peers and business partners on financials, gaps and any support needed.

o Must be able to research and manage funding gaps, while assisting with resolution.

o Conduct sensitivity analysis and sustainable growth planning

o Be a team lead by coaching and mentoring 2-4 resources

o Manage capacity planning, analysis, and reporting

**Required Skills**

o Highly organized and motivated self-starter. Strong financial experience.

o Ability to manage multiple financial priorities simultaneously.

o Ability to conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis

o Experience with forecasting and financial analysis to ensure project allocations are maintained within funding limits.

o Strong mathematical modeling skills.

o Skilled experience with Microsoft Suite.

o Strong relationship, verbal and written communication and influencing skills.

o Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

o Team leadership skills

**Desired Skills**

o Expertise in Bank of America financial systems (PCM, Ops Plan, PPRT)

o Experience in Financial sector is a big plus

o Knowledge of iOS or Android development

o Experience working in a distributed team environment

o Knowledge of core banking functions, processes and operations

o Mobile App experience
