Our National Sales
Manager Advertising will seek out and support existing clients in the 8
states our theatres serve, designing strategies that meet their needs. Based in
our corporate offices in downtown Milwaukee, the National Sales Manager will
work alongside our sales team as well as regularly meet with clients and theatre
management teams throughout our entire circuit.

80+ years of financial success in the movie theatre, restaurant and hospitality

Broad Description of
Duties:





The National Sales
Manager - Advertising will be responsible for monetizing, building and
sustaining advertising partnerships with external organizations. The ideal
candidate possesses excellent communication, organization, and consultative
sales ability. We are looking for an associate with a strong sales and account
management background.





This position reports to
the Vice President of Sales and has no direct reports.





Essential Functions/Job
Duties:





  • Sales of movie theatre
    advertising inventory

  • Meet monthly sales goals

  • Account management of corporate
    advertising partnerships

  • Create sales collateral and
    sales materials

  • Work effectively with theatre
    staff and theatre vendors

  • Work internally with support
    staff in creating sales promotions, driving new business, and account
    management



Job Requirements:



  • Meet monthly sales goals

  • Expand new business and build
    new account base

  • Maintain a strong renewal
    percentage of existing accounts

  • Create new advertising options
    within theatres

  • Create new advertising
    collateral material

  • Develop business relationships
    with accounts and vendors

  • Travel to theatre locations for
    account execution and client meetings (35% Travel required)



Education Required:



  • Bachelors Degree and/or Sales
    Background Preferred



Experience Required:



  • 3 Years Advertising/Media Sales
    highly recommended

  • Theatre Advertising Sales
    experience preferred
