Your Day

  • Primary responsibility will be to program and deploy our daily roundup newsletter and our Monday "need to know" hot list.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, plans and strategic initiatives to engage employees, amplify Oath's brands, and elevate the energy in offices
  • Collaborate with communications, PR and marketing colleagues around the world to ensure employees receive appropriate, timely, culturally-sensitive, creative communications surrounding upcoming announcements, events and launches, and that there is ample internal coverage on activities happening in non U.S. markets
  • Think out-of-the-box on ways to excite, engage and inform employees across the globe
  • Putting data at the heart of everything you do. Find innovative ways to measure employee sentiment and utilize data to drive creative internal comms campaigns.
  • Passionate, self-starter with a drive for creativity, connection and culture
  • Strong research, writing and editing skills
  • Storytelling master: identify and weave together amazing stories that exist at every level of our global team and business
  • Interest and ideally some experience in the branding, culture, and communications space
  • Passion for technology and media
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • An excitement for learning and innovating; must bring fresh, fun ideas to the table
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
  • Previous internships are strongly preferred.
